Word of the week 42

I tried searching the meaning of the following word in both Webster and Oxford Dictionaries but I found nothing. Then, like a true google-ist,I googled it. And there it was, with 99200 entries: Queef.

It's a slang for emission of wind from vagina. Some would call it vagina flatulence, but I think, from what I've been reading, it is more like a burp. Apperently it happens mostly during or after intercourse, but it also can happen without any sexual activities. According to one site, the cause of a queef is when fresh air getting pushed/sucked into the vagina and then pushed out again.

Some sites point out that a pelvic muscle exercise can help it from happening to you, ladies. This exercise, also known as Kegel exercise, is not only keeping your pelvic floor muscle strong, it also strengthen your bladder control.

How to do it?

First you need to find the right muscle. The easiest way to do it is to try stopping the flow of your urine. If you can do it, you found the right muscle. Just remember the location of it, because we will need to concentrate on that specific muscle, and that muscle alone.

Then, it's all about squeezing the pelvic muscle for several times. For example, try to squeeze the pelvic muscle and hold it for 3 seconds and then relax for another 3 seconds. You can gradually increasing the repetition, but don't over do it.

Now, all together: squeeze!
